Love this place so much! They have a great selection of bubble tea flavours and snacks to choose from. The staff are all really friendly and I felt very welcome when buying my drink. Definitely worth 5*! Never had a bad experience with Bubblebase, the staff are always friendly and the drinks are super yummy. I love the variety that I can chose from, and it’s always fun making my own concoction of fruit tea. Peach with Passionfruit popping bubbles will always be a favourite. I have been a happy customer here for over 3 years and it has always been a great “date day” drink, as both myself and my boyfriend love taking our drinks to the park for a stroll. The loyalty point system is pretty cool too, I just need 2 more drinks to be able to claim a free one! So I guess I’ll be seeing you guys later haharead more

First bubble tea bar in Wales and it's only gone from strength to strength since it's first opening. A sure stop for a great treat. I personally recommend the milk teas with the pobbles.

Super Popular place so be prepared to wait. I tried something different from my usual order - a watermelon milk tea with tapioca pearls. Unfortunately they really an out of the pearls but I had the leftovers for free. I joined the loyalty scheme using their app - only another 6 purchases until I can claim a free drink. Prices cheaper than what I have paid in the past. Love this brand.read more

First time at Bubble Base yesterday. Quick service and a super lovely server who explained which ingredients/drinks are vegan and which aren't vegan. 10/10 for the drink itself (plenty of different flavours and combinations which I wanted to try all of them). Will be back for more 🙂 thank you!

Havent been able to find anywhere in Cardiff that sells bubble tea then when i see some girls walking past with some i think i have to find it. There were so many varieties of tea. I had the strawberry milk tea and it is amazing. The customer service was friendly and i had my drinking within seconds, will 100% be going there regularly!

Great to be able to get some fab bubble tea in Cardiff. Popped in yesterday, counter was spotless and staff were friendly, efficient, and interested and the bubble tea (one mango, one coconut) itself was delicious. If you're not sure what bubble tea is all about, then wonder no more, just go get some. It's even more fun if you mix the regular bubbles with some popping ones! can't wait to get back for more!

The staff get an A* for customer service!! Always greeted with friendly kindness and never have had any issues with our drinks and they always taste amazing! Weekly regulars the staff even recognise us now! It's truly worth a visit if you haven't been here!
